Pinnacle is pleased to host cervical screening training provided by Well Women & Family, at our Taranaki Pinnacle office in April 2024.
Pinnacle is working in conjunction with Well Women and Family Trust for this cervical smear course NZQA level 6, 10 credit NZQA approved training program (equivalent to 100 learning hours). This will cover their professional development hours required by Nursing Council.
Belinda van Essen with the expertise of her staff, will be delivering the course and all follow up assessments in Taranaki.

If you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, you must notify the Pinnacle nursing team prior, as soon as possible. Failure to show on the day without notification will result in the practice being liable for their share of the total, at completion of the course dependant on numbers.
There may be circumstances in your practice where National Screening Unit grant criteria is applicable, and available as a contribution to costs. Please view the application form and if this applies, a form needs to be submitted prior to the course as detailed.
