The Pan-PHO primary care diabetes team (Pinnacle, Hauraki PHO and National Hauora Coalition) is running an evening event for all North Waikato providers.
Come and meet your PHO diabetes leads Helen Morton, Kathy Knight and Suzanne Moorhouse, as well as Te Whatu Ora consultant endocrinologist Dr Ryan Paul.
We are planning a Q&A session rather than a formal presentation. We will answer all questions regarding the management of type 2 diabetes, as well as update you on the latest information about the new funding of continuous glucose monitoring and automated insulin delivery for those living with type 1 diabetes.
Nibbles will be provided.
All practice teams and Hauora providers from Ngāruawāhia, Huntly and Te Kauwhata region are welcome, but please RSVP to Stephanie Given for catering purposes.
This event is designed for relationship building and education and is not pharmaceutical sponsored.
