Payments including project and primary option claims: The finance team will be on leave between Friday 20 December and Monday 13 January. Due to the office closure, all payments due to be paid on Monday 6 January, including project and primary option claims, will be paid on Monday 20 January.
In line with Pinnacle’s office closure for non-essential services across all localities, the Tairāwhiti and Taranaki offices will be closed for the holiday season from close of business, Friday 20 December and will re-open on Wednesday 8 January 2025.
Extended Care Team: our office will be closed for the holiday season from close of business, Friday 20 December and will re-open Wednesday 8 January 2025.
The closure period includes HIP services across all practices in Taupō/Turangi.
Support to Screening: the Support to Screening team will be closed 20 December 2024 until 8 January 2025. Please note any referrals received on or after 13 December are likely to roll over to next year. Ngā mihi nui to all practices and staff that have referred people to our service this year.
Primary mental health: the Primary Mental Health Team will be closed from Monday 23 December to Monday 6 January 2025. As we are not an urgent service, we recommend contacting the crisis team if a risk assessment indicates safety concerns.
School-Based Health Services: School-Based health clinics will close inline with the individual kura/school holiday dates over the summer break. The office team will be closed from Monday 23 December to Monday 6 January 2025.
The rest of January emails and messages will be checked and responded to according to priority.
Immunisation facilitation / cold chain service: Helen and Pam will be on leave over the Christmas / New Year period however we will be providing essential contact for all cold chain issues during this time. Please email either Helen or Pam for further information and who to contact during this time.
