Thriving general practice is our priority. To help achieve this we are making changes to the way we support practices. This will ensure we are able to implement new services, adapt your model of care and contribute to your ongoing business development.
The Health Care Home team have joined with our practice support to make a practice development team. This new structure helps us to invest more time working on what is important to your practice.
You will continue to have a reliable ‘go to’ point of contact for your practice, but as part of the change your previous point person may be changing over the course of the next couple of weeks, specifically in the Waikato and Lakes regions.
Your practice development facilitator will continue to be supported by a network of team members who offer a wide range of skills, experiences and interests. Essentially it means once we’ve identified where you want to head as a practice we can put a custom team around you to help make that happen.
If your practice will be seeing a change of face you can expect an phone call and/or email from your current person to introduce your new facilitator. We also have an introduction to the team online, along with their contact details.
