A collaborative group of people from multiple primary care organisations, supported by IT experts CIO Studio and Ten Past Tomorrow, have been meeting to discuss evolution of AI in primary care. A roadmap to guide collaborative work over the next 12-months has been created.
An early action is to conduct a survey to understand current use of AI in general practice. Please complete this six-question quickfire survey.
The survey will provide an initial benchmark, and the group aims repeat the survey at regular intervals to track the uptake of AI tools.
Even if you don't use AI currently, please complete the survey to inform the initial benchmark. The survey is for all healthcare professionals working in primary care.
A webpage, hosted by GPNZ, has been established to give easy access to AI webinars and resources. Survey results will be published to this webpage, along with other updates from the group.
For more information on the work of the group please contact Jess Morgan-French, CEO Collaborative Aotearoa.
