The Government has developed a new hard-copy booklet to help people keep track of where they’ve been and who they’ve seen, in case this is needed for contact tracing.
The booklet is based on an earlier version developed by Regional Public Health PHU, and is designed for people who aren’t able to use the NZ COVID Tracer app or who choose not to.
The Government want to make sure public health units, district health boards, primary care organisations and non-government organisations have sufficient copies of the booklet to ensure everyone who needs one can have one.
Each booklet has enough space to cover a period of about one month, and the booklets come in packs of 10. The intention is that anyone who needs a hard copy resource will be provided with a full pack so they can keep track of their movements for up to 10 months.
The first print run is expected to be complete by 10 September.
You can pre-order booklets now from the Health Promotion Agency.
There is a limit of 25 packs per order. If you need more than this amount, for example if you serve a large number of people who are unlikely to use the NZ COVID Tracer app, please contact Lauren.Stanley@dpmc.govt.nz. You can also contact Lauren if you would rather download and print your own copies of the booklet.
