Hauora Tairāwhiti is inviting feedback from the community, including service providers, on Whāriki: the proposed new framework for mental health and addictions services in Tairāwhiti. This follows on from earlier engagement with whānau and the sector's workforce about their experiences with these services currently and with a view for the future.
The consultation document provides some great insight on the framework.
There are a number of ways you can provide feedback.
The online survey provides a range of questions for your response including areas for additional comment if you choose.
You can email your submission directly to awayforward@tdh.org.nz.
You may choose to complete the questions in this document or provide a detailed written submission. You can send this to the following address.
