Final notice of Pinnacle Incorporated Annual General Meeting for 2024

Pinnacle Incorporated | 12/11/2024

The Pinnacle Incorporated Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, 26 November 2024 at 6.00pm at the Pinnacle offices, Norris Ward McKinnon House, 711 Victoria Street, Hamilton, in the River Room (ground floor).

Pinnacle Incorporated formally invite all Pinnacle GP members to attend the next Pinnacle Incorporated Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The following PDF documents are available to view.

  • Final notice of AGM and proxy form.
  • Annual performance report (Chair's report included).
  • Minutes of the Pinnacle Incorporated AGM 28 November 2023.

You can request a copy of the audited financial accounts by emailing Liz Miller.

If you’re local, we encourage you to attend in person and engage with us. We recently held two online sessions to launch our strategic plan to the network. We understand many of our members may not have been able to make these sessions, so this is an excellent opportunity to come together kanohi ki te kanohi, face to face, so we can answer any questions you may have.

If you can make it in person or online, please RSVP to Liz Miller who will share the link with you. If you cannot attend in person, please complete a proxy form and return to Liz Miller no later than 9.00am, Friday 22 November.
