In April we communicated we were changing our organisational support structure, shifting towards a support desk function for the practice network.
We’re excited to launch the new practice system support service, which went live this month, as the first point of contact for the network, serving as subject matter experts in various general practice business processes, and supporting practices with new initiatives.
We recruited strong capability within the team to provide a broad range of operational skills, knowledge and experience to provide you innovative business support.
Our practice systems support team is committed to supporting you - our network practices. Providing fast and effective virtual support, and as subject matter experts for a range of general practice business process and tools, this team will be your first point of contact for:
