Heidi special pricing now extended until 30 April

Due to strong interest from practices, the Health Accelerator special pricing offer with Heidi has been extended for one month. Practices now have until 30 April to secure the discounted pricing on Heidi’s AI powered medical scribe, including the opportunity for practices already on the offer to extend their contract term under the same special pricing.

Through this partnership, practices can access significant cost savings on a proven AI scribe, that supports clinicians by:

• automating real-time clinical documentation during consultations
• generating referral letters and patient summaries directly from notes
• reducing administrative workload so clinicians can focus on patient care.

Reminder: Pricing increases after 30 April

To lock in the discounted rates, practices must sign up or extend an existing contract before 30 April:

Option 1: Practice Plan

• $750 per user, per year (43% discount).
• Requires 80% of doctors/NPs to be signed up.
• After 30 April: $960 per user, per year (27% discount).

Option 2: ESU-Based Pricing

• $0.81 per ESU, covering all clinicians in the practice.
• After 30 April: $1.07 per ESU from 1 May.
• ESU option is not available to practices that provide urgent care, services to aged care facilities, or hauora services. You can make use of Option 1 in that scenario.

Practices can choose a one, two, or three-year subscription, depending on their needs.
