New Pinnacle website and member portal update

Taranaki | Waikato | Tairāwhiti | Lakes | Clinical | Management | 21/05/2026
After several months of work, our new combined website will go live on Friday 22 May, initially at pinnacle.co.nz. This is an important first step toward Pinnacle’s new integrated digital experience.
  • For now, practice staff who need the existing Practice Update Dashboard can continue accessing it via pinnaclepractices.co.nz/dashboard. Your dashboard access and workflows will continue as normal.
  • Te Puna Mātauranga, our new practice/member login and dashboard environment is still being finalised and tested. Once ready, it will replace the current practice update dashboard.
  • Over the next few weeks, both websites and the practice/member portal will progressively transition into one integrated platform under www.pinnacle.health.nz.
Please contact communications@pinnacle.health.nz if you have questions about the websites. Practice Support Services (practice.support@pinnacle.health.nz) is still your go-to for dashboard access, practice information, system support and usual practice queries.

In the meantime, we encourage you to look around the new site, which will ccntinue to be refined after launch, so please bear with us as we work through any final fixes.
