Two of the Registered Nurse Prescribing Awards are open for applications.
Grant 3: Ten grants of $500 each are available per year to support registered nurse prescribers and nurse practitioners to attend the 'Prescribing in diabetes and related conditions' hui held annually. Applications close 1 April.
Grant 2: Two grants of $2,000 each are available per year to support a nurse undertaking a nurse practitioner practicum. Priority will be given to Māori and Pacific health and rural areas. No application cut off date applies to this grant.
Grant 1: Will open later in the year.
