Nominations are now open for the Practice Management of the Year Award 2026, presented by the Practice Managers and Administrators Association of New Zealand (PMAANZ). The award celebrates the leadership, professionalism and positive impact that Practice Managers and Practice Administrators make to their practices, colleagues and patients.
Anyone within the practice can submit a nomination, including employers, colleagues and team members. PMAANZ notes that most nominations come from teams wanting to recognise the outstanding contribution of their Practice Manager or Practice Administrator.
This award recognises excellence across healthcare practice management, including leadership, team development, community impact, patient engagement and quality improvement. We encourage practices to take this opportunity to celebrate the people whose leadership and dedication help their teams and communities thrive.
