On 31 March Awanui identified a technical issue with their HPV testing system and paused all outgoing messages while working to resolve it.

Processing delayed results
The issue has been resolved, and testing has resumed. Samples are being processed in the order they were received – except for LBC samples which are being prioritised. It is anticipated it will take 2-3 weeks to clear the backlog and be up to date.
