Zero-fees leadership and training programmes starting February 2026

LearningWorks has received government funding to offer three NZQA-recognised qualifications at no cost to learners or employers. These programmes are designed to fit around work commitments and deliver practical, on-the-job benefits.

Programmes available

• Introduction to team leadership: For emerging or new leaders.
• First line management: For managers wanting to strengthen core skills.
• Train the Trainer (adult and tertiary teaching): For people delivering workplace training, inductions or compliance sessions.
