Vaccination of people and whānau eligible for COVID-19 vaccination.
Please note there have been minor changes from Te Whatu Ora from 25 November 2023. No changes have been made to funding.
These variations are inline with the go-live for the Aotearoa Immunisation Register, and alongside other changes as part of a wider contract variation.
The updates have been driven by two major changes.

Practices that have met the requirements of COVID-19 Operating Guidelines and have been signed off as a vaccinating practice.
Currently the service concludes after the eligible person has had two doses of COVID-19 vaccine.
When delivering the COVID-19 vaccination, you must send the vaccination data into the Aotearoa Immunisation Register (AIR). Pinnacle will automatically pay based on data in AIR. The price per dose for providing the COVID-19 immunisation service is as follows.
