Future general practice owners: Thinking about buying into a general practice?

More primary care professionals are exploring practice ownership but lack clear information on risk, value, and governance. This session is designed to support informed buy-in decisions. 

This webinar is for those who are:

• exploring their first ownership opportunity
• being offered shares but unsure what’s fair — or safe
• concerned about debt, cashflow, and personal risk
• wanting influence without inheriting unresolved problems
• thinking long-term about career, family, and flexibility.

The session will be chaired by Dr Jo Scott-Jones and co-hosted by Stuart Francis and Paul Buer. Stuart brings 30 years’ experience advising general practices and health sector boards on strategy, ownership and succession. Paul is a business broker with experience supporting general practice sales, buy-ins and transitions across New Zealand.
