Health Information Privacy Code (HIPC) Rule 3A

The Office of the Privacy Commissioner is hosting a webinar on the ammended Health Information Privacy Code (HIPC). This reflects the IPP3A requirements from the Privacy Amendment Act 2025. Exceptions to new rule 3A have also been included and align to the existing rules 2 and 3 under the HIPC where relevant.
