MedTech practices: Manage My Health practice manager workshop

This webinar session, offered both Tuesday 17 and Thursday 19 June, has two core purposes:

1. to train and upskill practice managers on how to configure Manage My Health with Medtech, identify common issues, and warn practice managers of what to watch out for
2. to configure new tools (e.g., early check, free virtual and free batch rego) and to provide a platform for Manage My Health to gather feedback from practice managers for the next sprint.

• Improved self-registration messaging: Clearer guidance for health centre selection and error handling.
• Easy booking registration upgrade: Users can now complete registration online without visiting a health centre.
• Health summary synchronisation: Eliminates duplicate records by properly syncing updates.
• Button style enhancements: Updated button styling for improved visibility and user interaction. 

Other minor changes and improvements

• Activation for users under 16 years: Users registered from a practice can now activate their accounts via the “Activate Now” page or Activation Email.
• Clearer identity verification messages: Updated messaging for mobile number mismatches during verification, providing users with clear next steps.
