Join the IMAC education team and the Pinnacle Immunisation Team for an interactive workshop focused on building confidence and practical skills for responding to vaccine hesitancy and navigating challenging conversations with whānau.
Designed for registered nurses, allied health professionals and kaiāwhina, this bespoke workshop has been developed using current evidence, expert guidance and real-world experience. Through case-based scenarios and group discussion, participants will:
explore practical approaches to responding to vaccine hesitancy
strengthen communication skills for challenging conversations
share ideas and learn from colleagues' experiences
examine current research and evidence to support practice
develop holistic approaches to engaging with whānau.
The workshop aims to strengthen confidence, support the wider health workforce, and enhance the way we engage with whānau to improve immunisation outcomes.
