This two-hour session focuses on practical personal safety strategies and enhanced situational awareness.
Participants will learn effective de-escalation techniques and tactical communication skills to help calm and manage individuals who may be distressed, elevated, or potentially threatening. The training is relaxed, safe, and highly interactive, offering ample opportunities to discuss challenges, share experiences, and address questions throughout.
