The Pinnacle Incorporated Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, 25 November 2025 at 5.30pm at the Pinnacle Offices, Norris Ward McKinnon building, 711 Victoria Street, Ground Floor, River Room.
We know AGMs can sometimes feel like a formality, but ours are short, to the point, and a good way to hear what’s coming up, and to ask questions directly.
At this year’s AGM we’ll be announcing a new initiative that will see Pinnacle investing more in general practice, with a dedicated way to channel extra support into practices and their communities. We’ll talk through what it is, how it will work, and what it could mean for your practice.
We will also be seeking member approval to adopt an updated constitution. This is required under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022, which mandates all incorporated societies to re-register with an updated constitution by early next year. Our current constitution is 13 years old and has been revised to meet the new legislative requirements and reflect updated governance practices, as recommended by the Charities Office.
