Over the past few months we have been developing the Pinnacle Group strategy by doing a lot of listening, both within the Pinnacle network and also with other providers, agencies and iwi.
Our strategy is being published as a website rather than in printed form. This format means we can increase accessibility and keep it refreshed annually at a reduced cost. https://strategy.pinnacle.co.nz/
To ensure the content is manageable it is a strategic overview of our values and strategic goals; it doesn’t include the more detailed action plans sitting behind it.
We are being explicit in our two core priorities:
Whilst we are ambitious, we have consciously set a realistic programme of work that we have resources to achieve and can deliver on. At the end of the year we will review, refine and refresh for 2021/22.
The Pinnacle boards have signed off the strategy from their perspective and now we would like your final feedback before a final edit and the site goes live.
Please let us have comments by the end of August, you can contact us with the details below.
