Pinnacle development managers have created a toolkit to provide essential tools and resources to support practice managers, business managers, and other staff involved in the management of general practice. It aims to streamline administrative tasks, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the quality of care and services delivered at practice level.

Katoa, a new customised app, will make it easier for Pinnacle staff and the Midlands Health Network to learn and use Māori language, culture and customs in their day-to-day work. Katoa aims to support Pinnacle’s efforts to build a culturally aware health workforce across the network.
