Healthpoint has launched Ask Healthpoint, a new AI-powered tool that helps people find health and wellbeing services across Aotearoa New Zealand using natural language searches.
Powered by Healthpoint's directory of more than 12,000 health and wellbeing services, the tool helps users navigate available services based on their needs. It is designed to support service navigation and does not provide clinical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations.

Healthpoint advises that Ask Healthpoint draws on verified service information and includes privacy safeguards, such as the automatic removal of personal information from user queries and ongoing human oversight. Service providers review and update their information regularly to help keep content accurate and up to date.
Practices are encouraged to explore Ask Healthpoint and share it with patients and whānau where appropriate. A downloadable poster for clinics and healthcare services is also available on the Healthpoint website.
