MidCPG is located in Hamilton and has 100% membership of all community pharmacies across the Midland Region (Waikato, Rotorua, Taupō, Turangi and Tairāwhiti). It offers the following services via community pharmacies (free to patients).

MidCPG employees clinical/mobile pharmacists to provide Medicine Management Services (Medicine Use Reviews (MUR), Medicine Therapy Assessments (MTA)) to eligible high needs patients across Waikato.
This is a FREE service to patients, and anyone (clinicians, patients, whānau) can refer a person who is struggling with understanding and management of their medicines.
MMS Pharmacists arrange appointments and visit patients in their home or at an agreed clinic site to conduct a thorough consultation that includes but is not limited to:

The patient will receive a personalised medication card and patient plan with agreed action points, also the patients GP, pharmacy and referrer will receive a report from the consultation.
Medication education sessions/forums: MidCPG pharmacists are available to provide medication education sessions / forums for patients / kaumatua groups across the Waikato.

'Strong & Stable' is an ACC falls prevention programme managed and facilitated by MidCPG.
The programme facilitates group based strength and balance classes run by trained instructors for older people in Waikato communities with an aim to increase leg and core strength and improve balance to reduce falls and fractures.
