An important part of the Te Whatu Ora Waikato GPL team's role is to receive complaints and/or issues from GPs.
A dedicated email address for this service, GP_Referrals@waikatodhb.health.nz, is monitored daily and dealt with by the assigned team member.
Currently, Te Whatu Ora GPL individual email addresses are frequently being used to raise these issues. Although the issue will be forwarded to the GP referrals email address, this may take weeks if the GPL is on leave, sick or has left the organisation (creating zombie accounts).
In order to avoid important issues being lost, please use the dedicated GPL email address to raise any concerns or issues.
