Pinnacle nurse lead team

Published: 10/02/2025 | 1 file | Website

Te ao Māori guides us in our mahi and aligns with our values.

  • Whanaungatanga - you know us/me, we know you, we continue to build a strong connection.
  • Manaakitanga - when we are connecting, we are respectful and welcoming and mindful of each other and our cultures.
  • Kotahitanga - working together as one, as a nursing voice and workforce.
  • Whakapapa - the story we create individually and collectively as a nursing whānau.

We have three full-time and two part-time staff in the nurse lead space across the Pinnacle network. They work as a team to support over 450 nurses (Waikato, Lakes, Taranaki, Tairāwhiti) with a key focus on growing and supporting our nursing kaimahi (staff).

Pinnacle has a three-year Nursing Strategy (PDF) which focuses on developing our nurses in their professional journey and working in partnership to achieve Pae Ora. The strategy supports development in nursing, learning and development for professional growth, patient experience, staff experience and quality and safety of patient care.
