A big thank you to those practices who completed our recent portal survey. Your feedback gives us a clear picture of what's working and where we can do better.
What's working well: The results show strong satisfaction overall, with 80 per cent finding the portal easy to navigate and 88 per cent rating their experience as good or excellent. The most valued features are viewing PHO claims status, accessing remittance reports, and payment reconciliation tools.
Where we can improve: You have highlighted some practical enhancements — streamlining login access, adding useful totals to capitation reports, improving PHO uploaded document naming, and creating better training resources.
Next steps: We are analysing your suggestions and mapping out improvements for 2026. Updates will be shared as enhancements roll out.

The Pinnacle Practice Portal has now been rolled out to all Pinnacle practices, following a successful pilot with seven nominated practices.
This new platform has been developed in response to your feedback. It is part of our ongoing commitment to support practices with tools that offer transparency, ease of access, and streamlined communication.

We have incorporated valuable feedback from practices and made several enhancements — including adding a Service Provider filter to improve searching and reporting — to ensure a smoother experience for all practices.
