You will be aware of the legal action taken by Whānau Ora Commissioning Agency against the Ministry of Health for its refusal to release individual-level data on Māori who have not yet been vaccinated against COVID-19. Following a High Court hearing earlier this month which ruled against the Ministry, the Ministry was asked to reconsider its refusal to withhold data.
