In July, Pinnacle were pleased to host an informative webinar designed specifically for general practices interested in learning more about the emerging role of Physician Associates (PAs) in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Following the government’s announcement in late April that PAs would soon become a regulated part of the healthcare workforce, it is a good time to explore how a PA could support and strengthen general practice teams.
This webinar offered valuable insights into the PA role, explained what regulation means for practices, and shared how others were preparing to integrate PAs into their workforce.
For more background on the PA profession, visit the New Zealand Physician Associate Society (NZPAS) website.
